Sweet Tease Tea Room

The place is one of the cutest places ever. You walk in and it's like you've been transported to a cute little wonderland. Their china is super cute hundreds of different options. The afternoon tea party is a must. Often they have a nice little salad or bowl of soup like potato leek or ginger carrot in the summer they have chilled soups as well. They give you bottomless pots of tea with a tier of different little treats scones in the middle ,savory treats on the bottoms and sweets on the top. When they do their themed tea party they make it wonderful with decorations and everything. For their mad hatter themed tea party they had little paper roses on the table with text from mad hatter. Their Harry Potter tea party you get to make a drinkable potion. If you didn't want to sit down you could always do their afternoon tea to go. As well order from their cafe and chose from the different options of scones, crossiants, and crumb cake. If you get their sweet scones make sure to get it with clotted cream or their strawberry jam you won't regret it.Almost everything is made in house. Their chicken salad on the croissants are to die for as well as their pecan ( treacle treat) bars. The owner Kate is a joy as well as her staff members. If you do their afternoon tea you might have the pleasure of having Annie or Carley as your tea aficionados. They are excited to tell you what you'll be having and make it an even better experience. Definitely worth a visit!!!

I went here for my birthday this weekend and truly had a great experience from the moment we walked in. Upon walking in, the tearoom smelt delicious. You could definitely tell that everything is made on the premises. The woman who sat us explained everything and had tea waiting for us. You can check what kind of theme they are in online and what kind of food you’ll be having for tea. The pace of the courses was done so nicely. When the 3 tier was brought out to us she told us about each item on the tray. Everything was more than delicious. You could tell how much work and detail went into creating each item. The chicken salad croissant was probably the best that I’ve had!! I will definitely be returning to have tea again!!

I had my baby shower here and couldn’t be more pleased with the service, atmosphere and food! Ryan, our party manager, was fantastic and made things go smoothly the whole time! Definitely recommend this space for a gathering like a shower!

Such a cute place to have tea at! You pay one price per person & everything is included. We were given so many delicious bites. Sandwiches, scones, & desserts. The tea was great as well. They offer gluten free options & they were amazing!!!! I had all the same items as my friends did, just gluten free. Everything was so tasty & it was so wonderful to still be able to eat.

Sweet Tease is our go to place for tea! It has such a charming atmosphere that embodies a delightful afternoon tea! Their food is scrumptious and they have many themed teas throughout the year. Their regular menu is also amazing and delicious. I highly recommend!

My family and I came in for the tea service and it was so fun! The vibes here are amazing and they had a really great selection of tea! I especially loved the wall of tea cups! The radish sandwich and chicken salad sandwich were the stars of the show followed closely by a black currant scone and the carrot and ginger soup. (The theme for the tea was beatrix potter) the tea service cost about $50 a person and in my mind was worth it!!

Such a cute tiny place!! Had a galentines here. Paid $64 for unlimited tea and a whole fixed 3 course meal. We left there full. Young server girl was great. Def will be going back! Cute place for like bridal or baby shower too. Thanks for being in a great town #belmar <3
